CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY To book a appointment you must have a card on file. I ask that if you need to cancel please cancel 24hr before your appointment (If not your card will be charged half of your appointment cost). If you NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of appointment cost and will have to pay a deposit before booking again. I understand things happen, but if you are going to be late please let me know as soon as possible! Clients arriving over 15 minutes late to their appointment will need forfeit the original booked service and chose something I am able to complete in the time I have available. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment - and you will be a charged a no-show fee.
